I searched for realtors who would help me sell my house of 40 years. After checking out different realtors I found Marilyn who is warm, funny and who knows the business of selling well. She held my hand through the process of getting the house ready for sell. She is very professional and works hard to find a good buyer. After selling the house she kept in touch with me to make sure everything was going well.

I had the unenviable role of settling my brother's estate, including selling his townhouse, from the east coast. I would not have survived the process, at least with any sanity left, had Marilyn Johnson not been my agent. She oversaw the rehabbing of the unit, kept in close contact with me throughout, and realized the sale at the asking price. Her warmth and humor, to say nothing of market insight, buoyed me through the process.
