Marilyn was great to work with. We chose Marilyn because of her vast real estate experience and also because she lived in our community and was very familiar with the HOA, title company and various vendor and suppliers in our area. I would recommend Marilyn to anyone that is considering selling or buying a home. She made the process as smooth and painless as possible.
Marilyn has a unique knowledge of Cordova and the Spanish Wells community. She was instrumental in securing an offer for our home in under one day. Her professionalism and dedication to the sales process were greatly appreciated by us and the buyers.I would highly recommend Marilyn for your real estate needs.
Marilyn is truly an impressive realtor. She sold my home on day 2 for $30,000 more than asking price. Her follow through was always there and she guided me carefully through all aspects of the sale including reminders of deadlines. I am very grateful for her services in selling my home. You won't find a realtor better than Marilyn. She's the real deal.
Marilyn was so good to us! From the beginning she took the time to explain every step to us. From listing, showings and closing which gave us peace of mind. Marilyn handled every detail which resulted in a quick sale. We can’t thank her enough.
I have bought and sold several homes in my life. Marilyn is the best, most professional person I have worked with. I feel that she went that extra mile ( I should say miles) to get the sale done. She is also a very gracious, friendly person to work with. Thanks, Marilyn and Keller Williams!
