Excellent experience

Marilyn was excellent to work with. Knew what we wanted and was looking for opportunities. We lost on one purchase, but she was outstanding in negotiating the deal and offer. When that fell through she moved onto another one that actually worked out even better. Marilyn knows the market very well and was very aggressive in going after opportunities and negotiating the deals. I would highly recommend Marilyn to work with.
