A great agent with outstanding guidance!

As we entered the buyers market to downsize, the sales were going very fast and we weren't finding much. Marilyn knew our tastes and budget and directed us to see a Pulte built community in the area. We liked what we saw and as we decided to go forward , Marilyn took over the "business end" of everything with the sales reps including overseeing all our final paperwork and such. She also met us at closing to join us as we examined the new home more closely. We appreciated the involvement and also ease of communication and being able to always bounce questions off her. All in all a great experience!
