Working with Marilyn was a fantastic experience throughout the entire home buying experience. I would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home

Extremely friendly and very very helpful, true professional in every way!!!!!!! The most important thing is Marilyn sold my house in about seven weeks when other realtors had taken a year with no results. It tells me she is a hard worker and gets results and that is the most important thing when selling a house, results.

She was on her game, house was under contract in days not months. Would highly recommend.

Marilyn Gioffre listened attentively to our specific requirements and presented only properties that aligned perfectly with our needs and preferences. She respected our established budget rigorously, never showing us any homes that exceeded it. We ultimately purchased a home that met every one of our criteria—and did so at a price well below our maximum allowable offer. Marilyn's exceptional negotiation skills and in-depth knowledge of the local market in the Fish Hawk/Lithia area stand out as the best we've encountered. Her professionalism, dedication, and client-focused approach made the entire home-buying process smooth and stress-free. We couldn't be happier with our decision and highly recommend Marilyn Gioffre to anyone buying or selling in this community.
