Marilyn helped the reviewer sell this property

PROFESSIONALISM AND PERSONALITY

First meeting with Marilyn and I knew we found the right listing agent. She immediately saw the property not on just an aesthetic value but with the intrinsic value that I knew existed. She instinctively knew that it would be a special buyer we would look for who understood the value and would fit in. She brought a buyer who fit the property and we sealed the deal. Escrow was problematic due to lenders shyness with the unusual property. Marilyn kept all of us calm and got us through a difficult closing while keeping our spirits up and taking care of the unique details with ease. I recommend Marilyn highly for her ability to take on the task at hand and see it through with enthusiasm and wit that can be rare in the real estate industry. Hire her, you will agree!
