We dealt with a few realtor over the last 2 years and none of them compare to Marilyn. She is definitely a business woman who have a lot of experience and knows what she is doing. She send out listings of house within your price range every morning and whenever we are interested in a property we let her know and she get us viewing as soon as possible after reviewing it and let us know if it is worth seeing. The day before a viewing she would send us all the details and a time schedule of each property base on the locations (love that). On the day of viewing she bring print out of all the properties for that day which surprises us.Marilyn always make herself available and always respond to our phone calls, text and email promptly and we we were amaze by it. Marilyn made sure the whole process was carried out smoothly and in a timely manner when dealing with the loan office, processor, underwriters and the lawyer. They gave us a hard time right before closing but Marilyn continued to stay on top of everything and pushes the process along by making phone calls and sending emails to all the appropriate recipients as needed to prevent more delays up until the day of closing. Marilyn is the best realtor and we would and will refer her to any and everyone.

Marilyn combined intelligence, an expert knowledge of the business, good common and business sense in some tricky negotiations and a very pleasant personality, She was responsive and clearly cared about our needs. She also doesn't lack the aggressiveness needed by a good broker. Dealing with her was a pleasure. The only possible caveat I can think of is that she sold our house so fast that I do not know what she would be like in a slow sale, but given her personal qualities, I'm guessing she would be fine.
