Marilyn was such a joy to work with. She is very knowledgeable of the market, AZ laws and worked with us from the start to the finish. She answered our questions within a few minutes of us asking them. She treated us like we were her only clients. Loved working with her.
I hired Marilyn Falk to sell my home at the end of January. Due to her relentless fervor, She had an offer pending by February 18. The amount of enthusiasm Marilyn puts into her job really blew my mind. If you have an opportunity to hire her to sell your home you need to jump at it. I would recommend her to anyone.
Marilyn hasn't had any property sale activity in the last 12 months
