This was the second home that Marilyn has sold for us. At the time Marilyn sold this last home there were 10 similar properties for sale in the same neighborhood. Most had been on the market longer than ours. The sales price was in line which what she suggested. The buyer for our home was in the process of submitting an other on another house. I was referred to Marilyn by the neighbors of my cousin who passed away and as executor of his estate, it was my responsibility to sell his house.
