Awesome to work with and made selling a home easy with multiple sellers. Listened to our ideas and made good suggestions on list price and choosing a buyer. I would use her real estate skills again for selling or buyer another home or property. I would also recommend her to family and friends.
Marilyn was a delight to work with. She researched the market and gave us a competitive sale price. This was a difficult sale for me, as it was a probate sale of my mother’s house. Her patience and kindness with us during this difficult process did not go unnoticed .She actually had 3 sellers to deal with, lawyers and buyers agent. Her response time is impecable .She kept us up to date as each process was happening. She was on top of things the whole way. Which is very important during a probate sale. Especially when the house is ready to close. She made this emotional sale easier. Oh and did I mention on the market for 5 days closed about a month later..
