We were purchasing a home from out of state. Marilyn was very easy to work with and always very responsive and accommodating. We were flying in and staying in hotels to look at houses, so we wanted to minimize the amount of time we spent looking at things we wouldn't like -- and we had a rather unusual set of criteria. Marilyn did a lot of leg work up front and made sure that the list of houses would meet our needs. The experience was very smooth, and I would highly recommend her services should you be in need of a realtor.

Marilyn first contacted us when we had our property as a FSBO on Zillow. She offered to do an open house for us. She was pro-active without being pushy and very personable while being professional. Shortly following the FSBO open house, she reported back. She was ultra-responsive. We realized if we wanted to sell quickly (which we did), we would need to list the home with a realtor and chose her for these qualities. She kept her promise and virtually had an open house every weekend until the house was under contract, which took less than 2 weeks. The first contract fell through (to our advantage) and the second offer we received within 2 days of putting it back on the market was for full asking price. We would highly recommend Marilyn for her skill and talents.

Marilyn did a first rate job selling our house. She's very well versed in buying and selling real estate which helped us develop a plan for selling that worked to get us the highest price we could. She worked hard to make sure that we got what we needed in the negotiations. She's a very good agent and I have already recommended her to my daughter!

Marilyn went above and beyond what I thought a real estate agent would do! She got my offer accepted right away on the house I wanted and then several things came up that had to do with the sellers. She took care of everything and made the deal go through. She was exceptionally on top of all of the details and saw it through. I really lucked out with her and I would recommend her to anyone buying a house.

Marilyn worked to get the house i wanted under contract and helped the closing go smoothly and with no problems, i would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy their home or property.
