She also assisted for us to get pre-approve and we knew the amount we can afford. This helped us to focus on a specific area and home that we wanted. We maintain constant, almost daily communication, on looking for home. She was able to give us an honest professional opinion when we were confronted with a conflict in making an offer on a home.
