I initially reached out to her when we started our Permanent change of station move with the Army and she immediately started to figure out what we were looking for in a specific area. Although we had to change where we were looking on multiple occasions she was extremely flexible in providing us with as many options as possible. The best part about our experience is that we did not have to be present to walk through houses! She Face timed with us and walked us through many of the houses which enabled us to make a better decision on a house without even being their. This was an invaluable resource through this process as we needed to find a place to live in a short amount of time and wanted to make the best decision possible. Once we found a house and started working towards closing she found many issues with the agreement and negotiated for us so that we could get the best possible deal. Marilla was on our side the whole time and fought to get us closing costs back as well as repairs completed on the house before we closed on it.
