Marietta created a worry-free, seamless experience. She was present and engaged from beginning to end. If you call her with a question or concern, she's on it right away. She also has a way when negotiating deals and boy, did I get a deal!!! You can tell she has lots of experience because she doesn't bother you with the small stuff, she just handles it.
