Marie was able to provide another smooth real estate transaction even though there were some challenges along the way with selling my house and finding the right house while having my daughter being born the same week of closing. If you need somebody to handle the stress and challenges of buying and selling real estate, marie is the person you want on your team. Can't recommend her enough.

Mari demonstrated a solid knowledge of the market in general and the specific area of my choice. She was keenly aware of all aspects of the house itself, of the buying process, and of areas of concern that if addressed, would benefit me. I am happy to have engaged Mari in the selling of my previous home and the purchase of the new home.
She was fantastic to work with! Extremely helpful and very knowledgeable.
Mari and I met about a year ago and she kept in touch but was never pushy. She was consistently in communication from day one and paid very close attention to our needs. She is super thorough from the first meeting through closing. We really felt like Mari was fighting for our best interest at all times, she was willing to do whatever it took to help us accomplish our goals with purchasing a new home. I cannot say enough positive things about the experience we had working with her. She was so sweet to our entire family and went out of her way to make connections with our kids as well. I would not even consider using another realtor
Mari kept me informed about each process. If there was something I didn't understand she made sure to explain everything and I honestly had the best home buying process.
Such a great agent, works around the clock to make sure every detail is taken care of 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to buy a home
Mari sold my West Ashley condominium. She did an absolutely fantastic job! Very professional, great communication, and always keeping well informed of all aspects of the process. Shoutout to her photographer who did an excellent job with photos and video. Really makes the space look better than ever. Mari provided staging furniture to keep it looking good for showings after I had moved out. Featured listing on Zillow and top of the line advertising. Great deal on last minute repairs and cleaning service. Closed the deal stress free and got it done before end of the year. I would not hesitate to hire her for any real estate need. Highly recommend!
Mari was the EASIEST person to work with! She took the time to explain every single step in thorough detail and communicated expectations VERY clearly! She had answers for every question and if she didn’t, she was quick to find them. We will not buy/sell any property in Charleston without Mari by our side!
