She guided us to great contractors, proactively called the city regarding open permits, and was very knowledgeable of the process of scraping and building a house. Marilu was amazing during the sale of our house. She even paid on her own for a stager to come in and tell me how to move things around and what to move to storage so the house looked nice. She helped me plan for multiple scenarios for when to put it on the market, and assisted with negotiations / communications with the buyers realtor through the months (as we had a long closing time period). She helped me every step of the way, including even making trips to find the best deal on new flooring.
