Marilu was super helpful with keeping us on task and staying ahead of the deadlines. She guided us to great contractors, proactively called the city regarding open permits, and was very knowledgeable of the process of scraping and building a house. Marilu was amazing during the sale of our house. She even paid on her own for a stager to come in and tell me how to move things around and what to move to storage so the house looked nice. She helped me plan for multiple scenarios for when to put it on the market, and assisted with negotiations / communications with the buyers realtor through the months (as we had a long closing time period). She was kind and patient and provided endless follow up and careful attention to detail throughout the whole process. Would use her again for any transaction I ever do!
