I am writing this review from the comfort of my dream home that Marie Sinclair Bennett helped my husband and I purchase in March of 2017. Marie, without complaint, took us to see at least one hundred homes on the island over a period of one year. She tirelessly did research on countless homes to make sure we had the facts and could go in with eyes wide open about the properties we were interested in at the time. She was gracious and patient as we waited for our current home to sell. She made sure we could tour homes after hours several times so that my husband who works late hours could have a chance to see them in person. Marie became more than just a realtor to our family as we spent so much time learning about the area and the available homes and the current market. We benefitted by her expertise as to how to go in strong with an offer so that it would be a win-win for buyer and seller and thus a successful purchase in a tough market on a budget. In may of 2016, with the incredible help I received from Marie, I closed on my dream house.
