Marie offered candid and useful advice about what work we needed to have done to get the house ready for showing. She also staged it attractively. Our house went on the market in the late fall, a challenging time. The house was listed for five days and we received multiple offers over the asking price. With both transactions, the sale and the purchase, Marie and her team followed up on all of the details related to the required paperwork, making certain everything went smoothly.
