Marie Needy-Kohler is an exceptional agent. She was very attentive to all of our needs and was available to speak at any time. She addressed our concerns immediately and provided wonderful communication between us and the buyer in selling our home. She made the whole selling process as stress free as possible. We cannot recommend her more highly. Thank you Mary (and Jim)!

I have sold a few properties over the years and by far Marie is the best agent I have had the pleasure of working with. She is passionate about her job. Listens to your concerns and addresses them. I would recommend her to anyone anytime.

I recently sold my home in Herculaneum MO. Marie made what could have been a stressful process into an enjoyable experience. I recommend her for anyone considering selling their home. Great experience!

She was very good to work with and knowledgeable 9

I could not have picked a better person to sell my house. Marie and her team proactively guided us through everything — from helping us prepare and price the house to the closing itself. She definitely knows what’s she’s doing. In particular, I was impressed with the marketing materials she prepared, they really made my house look great. She made the entire process super easy and made me feel like i was in good hands from the first day i contacted her. She easily answered my questions and alleviated any concerns I had with prompt and thorough responses to my questions. If you’re thinking about selling your house, I wholeheartedly endorse Marie. Not only will she help you get top dollar, but she’ll make the process hassle-free. She’s a realtor you will love!

We will only use Marie it doesn't matter if we are buying or selling she is our go to person.

Marie was absolutely the best! She is extremely knowledgeable, professional and so easy to work with. She was patient and answered our many questions regarding the property we were purchasing. We had such a great experience regarding our purchase, my mother-in-law reached out to Marie when she decided to list her home. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Marie to anyone who is thinking of buying or selling a home.

Marie was very helpful with the whole process and was very knowledgeable. I loved the experience that I had with her and would highly recommend her to anyone.

Our meeting was under the most unusal circumstances. Someone was attempting to steal our property. And had it not been for the diligence of Marie and Cindy of US Title Company we would have been in a most difficult situation. They went out of their way to contact me concerning what was taking place and immediately halted the sell. As a result my wife and I utimatley sold the property for a fair price. The hard work and professionalism of Marie made the sale very easy and we could not be happier. Again my wife and I cannot express our deepest gratitude for her diligence, hardwork and professional conduct in this unusal transaction. We would recommend Marie as an agent to anyone.
