We worked with Marie on a long-distance build while residing in Maryland, with plans to relocate to Southwest Florida in July 2026. She was consistently responsive and provided valuable assistance throughout various stages of our project. We highly recommend her for your real estate needs. We are grateful to have met Marie; she demonstrated excellent communication skills and created a positive experience for us. She was instrumental in helping us with numerous design aspects of our new home. We are completely satisfied with our home and delighted to be living in Florida. Thank you, Marie!

Marie was great in helping us sell our property. She made it as easy and painless as can be considering my family and I were all on the deed and live in different states from each other and the property.

Marie has been a wonderful resource during the home building process. I have never built a home before and she has made the process painless. Her guidance through budget items all the way through selection of finishes and other items. We are not done yet, but I look forward to continuing on to completion.
