"Marie Ladolcetta fell into our hands at the most perfect time. My fiancé and I were house hunting on a time crunch and Marie was able to make a miracle happen! While searching for a house Marie listened to what we wanted and didn't want. She was beyond knowledgeable about Monmouth and Ocean counties. Marie made the exchange of contracts so easy and understandable. If we every had a question she was there almost 24/7 to answer any questions we had. Closing was a breeze with Marie as our realtor, her and her team were beyond knowledgeable with the closing process as well. Marie also has an amazing Inspection guy named Joe who did our inspection and gave us documents that were super organized with detail on every aspect of the home. She was also the best with negotiating the price and terms of the purchase! Marie made home buying a breeze! We will definitely recommend Marie to our family and friends who are in need of a new home!"
