Marie was AMAZING! I really can't say enough great things about her. Realtors I have used in the past have just sent paperwork to us for us to figure out on our own, e-sign, and only see them at showings. Marie was the first realtor to actually sit down with us and walk us through all of the buying and selling paper work, which we really appreciated! She was insanely professional, supportive and explained everything very throughly! If she didn't know the answer she always had someone she could ask and would have the answer back to you very quickly! She is very knowledgable about many areas around the Des Moines area and the small towns on the outskirts. With some realtors we have worked with, we have felt like they have been pushy and just want a sale and don't really care about where you land or in what kind of house. With Marie, she truly cared and we never felt like she was pushing for the sale. She truly cares about her clients and the home they are looking for! This was a breath of fresh air! SHE is a breath of fresh air in this process that is typically very stressful! If you are looking for a realtor who will treat you like family and make the home buying or selling process feel comfortable or even do I dare say it, EASY, Marie is who you are looking for! IF we ever sell our house or buy again, Marie will forever be our go-to realtor!

Where to start?! Marie was a blessing to me when I sold my home. I’ve never sold a house before and didn’t know the process. She explained everything to me in a way that I understood. She answered all my questions and was always available when I reached out to her. She is a very positive woman and knew just what to say to calm my fears and was very supportive. She did a lot of hand holding from presale to closing!! She truly cares about you as a person, it’s not just a sale for her. She sold my house in a day and a half and I had six offers! She explained each one to me and coached me on which one to except. If I were to ever sell a home again Marie’s phone would be ringing!
