When multiple buyers expressed interest in our home, Marie shared information with us about the process of having several people interested in buying our house at the same time. This resulted in our selling the house for more than it was listed for. Marie also provided helpful information for the inspections for the sale of house. There seemed to be some communication difficulties with the prospective buyer of our home and we felt that one area of potential improvement is the regular communicating with and updating the sellers.
