Overly not happy. I made it clear that a game plan need to be in play. Being funds being wired and going into Labor Day weekend. I was told don't worry about we'll figure things out. Well this agency felt it was completly fair that I pay over a $1,000 in hotel fee's. Also after talking to a Lawyer in Cleaveland about Ohio's escror responsibility and when is a home sale legaly closed. Legaly a sale is completed when Doc's by all parties have been signed and when funds have been paid. Doc's were signed on thursday and funds were recieved by the escrow office at 3.08 pm on Friday. So legally the sale was over. An I had a legal right to the keys. The fact that Escrow did not get the transaction recorded does not legally hold off the sale. I had the right to the keys on friday. Not hold me off till Tuesday. This agency did nothing in nothing to assist me in finding temporary housing. I would strongly not recommed this agency. There is a very strong lack of education in understanding real estate law with this agency along with a clear understandin of Ethics.

She was like a hound dog on a hunt determined to get its master the trophy catch which she did. She was willing to endlessly search all the fields looking to fill all my requirements for the best price

Having dealt with Marie Houston as a fellow Realtor, I was pleased that she was chosen to sell my family's home for PNC Bank. It was distressing to see it sold, but Marie was courteous and professional throughout this process. When PNC Bank instructed the contractor who was hired to clear out the house to trespass onto my property and clear out my detached garage, she immediately saw that this was clearly wrong, and helped to remedy this situation. I would hire and/or cooperate with her without hesitation.

Our realtor was great and kept in constant contact, provided great contacts for us to use, and was very helpful in answering my many questions! He was so great that we used him to sell our old home.
