Marie’s professional skills as my agent were excellent. She worked tirelessly to get a great price for my house in Woodland Hills as well as in the purchase of my new home in Laguna Woods. She handled the open House in Woodland Hills so well that I got several offers over my asking price after the Open House. I ultimately sold my house for $20,000 above the asking price. My experience buying the Cooperative in Laguna Woods was also easy. Marie and I had been to the Woods several times before I Sold my house. I could not make an offer until my house was sold. Once that was done I was able to buy my current home at an exceptional price!
