Marie Desmet

I used, Mrs. Marie Desmet, to purchase my first house, and she was recommended to me by my uncle, who uses her to buy his homes. This was my first time buying a house, she spent hours answering questions, providing objective data/info regarding where to buy and how. The house I finally bought was a pick of hers that I never even looked at till she told me we should go check it out. I'm enjoying my new house and I will be recommending her to all my friends. she's a true professional and a genuinely nice woman. she gave me a GIFT Card the day we closed on the house and I surely used it for dinner, it came in handy. Thanks.

Not very helpful once she knew we were locked into a contract to purchase a home. Left me in the dark about many things. Had to google things because it seemed like she was always bothered by me. Also was not good at all at negotiating and made everything sound very appealing until it came to closing and out closing costs were way more than what was presented and promised. Also I had no representation for my final walk through. She Too busy doing other things the week of closing even though it had been scheduled months in advance. I am the buyer of the home and Marie was our realtor that represented us in the purchase.
