Marie Day has been serving home buyers and sellers in the Nashua/Hudson area and throughout Southern New Hampshire since 1999, bringing 25+ years of real estate experience, strong market knowledge, and a deep commitment to client service.
After beginning her career while still working in nursing, Marie transitioned to full-time real estate in 2000. In 2005, she and her husband Michael, a retired U.S. Navy veteran, became owners of All Day Realty in Hudson, NH, successfully operating their brokerage for 11 years.
Having experienced multiple relocations during her husband’s military career, Marie understands the challenges that come with moving and works hard to make every transaction as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Marie specializes in residential homes, multi-family properties, land, and investment opportunities throughout the Greater Nashua area and surrounding Southern New Hampshire communities. Her experience also includes short sales, foreclosures, REO properties, and HUD-owned homes.
