My brother and I started working with Marie to sell my late mother's home. Marie took the time to explain all the ins and outs of the selling process to both of us. We had some hurdles, yet, Marie was right there helping us overcome each one. This was a very emotional time for me specifically and Marie was patient, kind, and attentive to my needs during this sensitive time. Marie was the listing agent for my neighbor whose (older) property sold quickly. Months later we made the decision to list our property, thinking we’d downsize or move into a gracious retirement community. Marie had a professional photographer that took photos and used a drone for video that was used in listing the property online. My entire family and our friends couldn’t believe how beautiful every aspect of that listing was! Marie brought us 3 offers less than 24 hours after the listing went online, each offer more than the one before! Sunday open house canceled and contract already in progress. We even ended up using Marie as our agent when we decided to purchase another property that had a mother-in-law cottage on it so we could live with our daughter, son-in-law and grandchildren. Marie was with me every step of the way during the sale of my house., I could not have asked for a more supportive realtor. To give you an example. After agreeing to a verbal offer on my home, a tornado came through my neighborhood, a tree fell in my back yard causing damage to the house. I was extremely upset as you can imagine, Marie walked a mile to my house through the storm damaged neighborhood, took me out to lunch and reassured me that everything was fixable.
