Marie took the time to research the market value of our home and showed a very professional experience in the process. She was very patient and did a wonderful job in explaining everything. She was a pleasure to work with.
If I didn't need to sell my house in order to buy my new home, I would have dropped Marie right away and started over! Captions didn't match pictures, the quality of the photos was terrible and didn't do justice for my house. I lived in a different town but when I went to check on my home, Marie hadn't been there in over a month to maintain or check the interior for me (which was a mess). Marie would text me that she had an offer and expect me to say "yes or no" over text without any kind of paperwork. In the end, I had to deal directly with the Title Company in order to close on the house. Marie got my ex-husband involved in the sale, giving him private information, even though she knew specifically that he was not to have any information regarding the home. The Title Company had to step in an chastise her but I doubt she even realized it. I spoke to her Broker and asked for assistance but he was no help either. I wouldn't recommend Marie Castecka to anyone!
