She's very nice helpful person like her too much

It often took many days before hearing a response from Marie on even the simplest of matters. There were SO MANY confusions and undue stress added to the process because of her poor communication skills and what seemed to be a lack of knowledge. Simple matters such as dates and times seemed to be difficult for her. One example is that she put the wrong address zip code on some of the closing paperwork. She provided a home warranty that was likely chosen due to its low cost, but has been an all but fraudulent company with entirely neglected claims and has a 1 star rating on better business bureau, who took nearly 5 months to service/replace an appliance that which is still not completely fixed. Marie was pleasant to work with at the closing, her appearance and demeanor was professional but the process leading up to that meeting was troublesome.
