Excellent agent!
Maricel took the reins right away by setting a price that was well over what we expected. Her research on local demographics and comparables was outstanding. We actually got more than asking! She was highly knowledgeable about the market trends, the process and spoke well on our behalf. The most impressive thing, however, was that she really listened to our opinions and asked for our involvement. Overall, Maricel Crantz is an excellent real estate agent!
