Carmen is AWESOME!  Did that get your attention?  I hope it did because five stars isn't enough for her and the service she provided to me on the sale of my grandmothers home.  Carmen was clear on the process, always quick to respond to my texts and emails (probably well over 100) and went above and beyond. Since I live out of the area, Carmen would drive by the property weekly to take pictures so I could confirm the house was ok. She also made trips to the property to relight the water heater pilot and turn on the water as I couldn't  find a plumber to help in the required amount of time.
