Maricar takes her work seriously and does her best to make sure that her client is in good hands, she will even go out of her way (literally). She provides every information that you may need and answers every question that you may have. She's very professional, knowledgeable, persistent, assertive, patient, and very approachable. Her goal is to make sure that you find a great home that fits your needs and your budget. She really cares for her clients. I was a first time buyer and it was my first time in everything in looking for a home. Maricar took initiative and guided me and helped me through this whole process. When looking at homes with her, she pointed out several concerns/issues with the house and quickly brought it up to the seller's attention and asked when it will be fixed. Like I said, she takes her job seriously and looks out for her clients. I will choose her again when I look for another home in the future.
