Maricar took great care of my parents when they sold their home. Their original real estate agent was unresponsive and unreliable. As soon as they found Maricar, she acted fast and helped them every step of the way. Her resources were extensive and she was able to get their home sold quickly during a down market. This time around I was hoping to finally purchase a home and Maricar was the first person I thought of to help me. At the start of 2021, I thought it would be a great opportunity for me to start looking. I was thinking that it wouldn’t take me long to find something, but when we started looking it became a bidding war. With Maricar’s help and encouragement we moved onto the new home market. I didn’t even think to check them, because the market was getting hotter and prices were going up. With her persistence, she was able to get through to new developers, and we found the perfect townhome community for me. She encouraged me to be patient and after a couple of months on the priority list, I was able to choose my new home and location! Maricar takes her work seriously and does her best to make sure that her client is in good hands, she will even go out of her way (literally). She provides every information that you may need and answers every question that you may have. She's very professional, knowledgeable, persistent, assertive, patient, and very approachable. Her goal is to make sure that you find a great home that fits your needs and your budget. She really cares for her clients. I was a first time buyer and it was my first time in everything in looking for a home. Maricar took initiative and guided me and helped me through this whole process. When looking at homes with her, she pointed out several concerns/issues with the house and quickly brought it up to the seller's attention and asked when it will be fixed. Like I said, she takes her job seriously and looks out for her clients. I will choose her again when I look for another home in the future.
