Maribeth is the best agent we have ever interacted with. She went above and beyond in selling our home. She donated her own time to help with getting items packed up and taken out of the house to goodwill and recycling centers. She also set up and worked an estate sale on with us on her own time. She was always available to us whenever we had questions and made she made sure to get us answers. She stood up for us and fought for us when the buyers were being somewhat unreasonable. She made a point to always communicate any information from the buyers camp to us so we were always in the know. She showed both professionalism and a great amount of personal care in dealing with a family that had been living in their home for over 30 years to make the sale run as smoothly as possible. And for that we thank her. She is a fantastic agent and person.

After seeing a few houses and getting on the same page of what we wanted, we were able to find the house and have our offer excepted that we liked. With there not being a lot of houses in our price range, Maribeth did her best to show us a lot of houses. We know that it was hard for her to find houses that we would consider. She worked hard on submitting offers for us and answered any question that we had. We are very pleased with how it all went and that Maribeth was our realtor. Overall we would give her 4.25 Stars.

We endured many out of the ordinary challenges throughout the sale of my mother’s home, and through it all Maribeth Thomas-Johnson stood by me, educated and informed me, and was more of a support system than any agent should be asked to be. From preparation for sale, to probate after my mother’s death before closing on the original contract, to remarketing after buyer dropped out, and finally to the day of closing, Maribeth was always there for me with a “How are you doing?”, “We’re going to get there!”, and, most importantly, “Is there anything I can do to help you?” I don’t know how the process would have gone without her, but I can say without question that I would not want to try. I give Maribeth my highest recommendation as a Broker/Agent/Advisor. Her professionalism and positivity made a huge life changing event not just bearable, but easier than I would have expected.
