Wonderful experience

Maribeth was the perfect agent. She listed our home as coming soon for about a week while we got our home in perfect listing condition. The listing went live on a Friday, we had about 20 showings and had a binding contract by that Monday! Was a great experience, especially with having a small child and only having to keep it show ready for one weekend. She handled all the stress of the multiple offers and crazy market with ease and made it a pleasant experience for us!
