Marianne Zeltner is one of the most amazing people I have met in my life. I found out quickly that she makes time for her clients who quickly become friends. My home in Cape Coral sold in a week thanks to Mariannes’ listing, knowledge, and marketing strategies. I then why?told her I wanted to be on the water for the next home. She persevered with my husband I for 3 years, throughout economic issues, ups and downs, and long distance communication but not resting until she had helped us buy our beautiful waterfront home! Found one in Marco, but it had a contract already, she still got us in to see it and make a back up offer. Marianne kept communicating with the sellers agent while we headed back north. We had just about given up on Marco, when we received a call from her saying we got the house!! Marianne’s communication with the seller’s realtor were diligently executed and strategically done! She accompanied us to the home after closing to make sure everything was properly cleaned, secured, and as expected. She also had brought with her some move-in supplies and treats for us so we did not have to run to the store right away. How thoughtful!
