Wow, where do I start? We moved to Pahrump from Minnesota. We found Marianne on Realtor.com and she had rave reviews. We decided to contact her. I had done my research and had all kinds of questions. Marianne was able to answer all of them. She even accommodated our request to fly in for the weekend and look at all the houses on our list. She met us and drove us to each showing, she was extremely knowledgeable about the city of Pahrump and where all the good foodie spots were. That's what we connected on, our love of food and bingo. :) She made sure we knew every step of the process and was very responsive to all of our requests and needs. She took extra time to explain things when needed and made this one of the smoothest transactions we've ever experienced. Moving across country comes with a good amount of stress. Marianne is a wonderful realtor. We relocated from Minnesota to Nevada. We did our research and based on the number of reviews and positive reviews we chose Marianne. She identified the type of house we were looking for and sent us viable properties to look at. In the end, we flew out to NV on a Friday, toured 10 houses on a Saturday, toured a second time on Sunday and made an offer on the house on Monday. Our offer was accepted and we closed in 8 weeks. Marianne was great at facilitating the transaction since we were out of state. She helped us negotiate the sale of personal property in the house with the seller and was our eyes and ears in Pahrump. We would ABSOLUTELY use Marianne for our next home purchase.

Marianne is quite possibly the best real estate agent in Pahrump, she was my buying agent 14 months ago and when I decided to sell that home I didn't even consider listing with a different agent, we put the house on the market and had a full price offer in less than two weeks. Marianne's attention to detail and work ethic is the best I've seen in the industry, she knows everyone and anyone who can help with any moving issues that might come up and always follows through with contractors. She almost always picks up the phone when you call and if not, promptly returns your call. I wouldn't consider another agent if I was in need of one in the future and if your reading this, I don't think you should either.

I doubt very much that you could find a better buying agent in Pahrump, NV.... Marianne will almost always pick up when you call and if she doesn't, will always promptly return your calls and she takes a personal interest in her clients.
