Marianne went above and beyond helping us! She came to the house several times just to help me do paperwork I was doing for the loan for the house we were buying in Pahrump. She kept us informed every step of the way! Had our house in Vegas sold in 2 weeks! Answered and explained all my questions and concerns, she really knows her business is an excellent negotiator and got us a great deal! We needed help when the appraiser wanted pictures of the attic from inside the house and brought her husband over and he got the attic opening open, that was a chore!
