When we purchased our first home we had a bad experience that we never wanted to go through ever again. So we were very skeptical about selling the home we had a bad experience getting to own. But after 14 years of living and loving our home we have to let it go due to medical reasons. So we decided to take a chance and sell it to buy a home more compatible to my living capabilities.
