Marianne was extremely knowledgeable. She was always available whenever I had any questions pertaining to the sale of my house. She was very helpful in preparing my house to be sold. Once my house was sold, I basically depended on her to complete the sale without any obstacles. I was very nervous considering this was the first time I was selling a house on my own, and she was very calming and helped me throw it each step of the way.

Marianne is perfect! Idk how I found her but I’m glad I did! She helped me find two homes to live in (for rent) in a short time. She works very quickly to get any job done; commercial or residential! My favorite thing about her is, she will go to any area lol she is very down to earth, honest and realistic. My family and I were put in a tough situation. We were asked to leave our rental in Colorado witibin 60 days. We planned to eventually move back east, but not in a rush.
