Marianne is perfect! Idk how I found her but I’m glad I did! She helped me find two homes to live in (for rent) in a short time. She works very quickly to get any job done; commercial or residential! My favorite thing about her is, she will go to any area lol she is very down to earth, honest and realistic. She also recently helped me sell an investment property (it was sold within 30 days for asking price). I refer her to everyone I can and I can’t wait to work with her on my next projects!
