I had a wonderful experience working with Marianne Scott on the purchase of my Berkeley home. She had incredible knowledge of the market and neighborhoods and how to navigate it. I really appreciated her knowledge and ability to spot and explain structural issues or construction related issues and flag possible concerns. Marianne was extremely responsive and always available to take me around to look at houses or answer my questions. Marianne was not pushy and really seemed to want to be sure I got the right house and for a fair price.
