Marianne just got me into my dream home

Marianne just got me into my dream home. The home I purchased was a Fannie Mae, bank owned property, which was something I had no experience with. I had heard that dealing with Fannie Mae often made the already stressful experience of buying a home, exceedingly more difficult due to the rules and guidelines that seem to be ever changing. I however experienced none of that. Marianne has years of experience in that arena and a solid understanding of how it all works, so she was able to break it down and explain everything to me in terms I understood. She replaced my fears and intimidation with confidence and excitement, which is how buying a new home should be. Marianne navigated the entire process effortlessly and got me into my new home right on time. In my opinion, the most important characteristics of a realtor are integrity, professionalism, an extensive knowledge base and experience; Marianne exhibits all of that and more. I am so grateful to have had Marianne in my corner, going to bat for me, and bringing me home. I could not be more pleased.
