Let’s see... Marianne is smart, knowledable, knows the business, stays on top of things (almost to the point of being pesky, like a squirrel, but not quite), and is interesting and fun to be around. Sadly, she found a buyer for the (furnished!) condo I wanted to rent to Native American homeless folks, thus dashing my plans and forcing me to have to travel around Europe- homeless, by the way- but I’m now living in France, so there!
