I was lucky enough to have Marianne on my side when I was purchasing my home. She offered to assist and she guided me throughout the whole process of home buying. She was very professional and always available whenever I needed her input. On closing day I wanted to show my appreciation by offering a little cash reward. Marianne gently declined and she reminded me she was only helping me because she wanted to see me through. Therefore money was out of question. The world is a better place with people like Marianne.
