First of all, I would like to thank Marianna for helping us buying our first home. A friend of mine recommended her highly and I am really glad I used that advice. Our initial conversation started with me asking Marianna about the buying process. She explained it in great detail so I got ready to make offers. She carefully preselected 6 houses for me to view based on my criteria which wasn't easy I think. I decided to make an offer on one of them after viewing. Marianna prepared an offer which got accepted in 24 hours and we moved into our new house a month after! That was definitely a very good deal! I am really happy with our new house, it is located in Magnolia. Lawton Elementary School is within walking distance.
