Marianna is fantastic!

A few months ago our property manager informed my husband and I that the owner wanted to sell the home we were currently renting, and that we had 60 days to move. We were pretty frustrated given that it was during the holidays and we were in the middle of a pandemic and hadn’t expected or planned to move. Fortunately, we found Marianna! We communicated to her that we weren’t 100% certain we were ready to buy, but wanted to take a look at a few houses. Marianna was fantastic, to say the least. She showed us so many homes that fit what we were looking for, she was extremely communicative/attentive, and never made us feel pressured/rushed/uncertain. She was very knowledgeable about all of the neighborhoods we looked at, and she always asked the right questions when we were looking at new developments. Ultimately, my husband and I decided we wanted to purchase the home we were renting, and Marianna did everything she could to make sure we could purchase the home, at a price that fit within our budget. Being first time home buyers, we weren’t sure what the process would be like and we really didn’t want to feel like we were being pushed into a decision. But Marianna was incredibly helpful and patient, and overall, a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is considering purchasing a home!
