Within one week we visited five different properties, placed one offer on one property, we received a counter offer we did not accept. The next day we saw a property that changed from a Pending to Back on the Market status, we contacted Marianela right away and on that same day Marianela placed an offer and made an appointment for us to go see that property the following day, by the time we arrived there the seller was ready to accept our offer. We are very happy with our property and we are very thankful for the promptness with which Marianela dealt with our real estate purchase. I have never sold a house before and I was nervous to do it during COVID-19. She made clear arrangements with the showing agents and with me because I was working from home and made accommodations quickly, when needed.
