En diciembre de 2014, a través del Marianela conocí del proyecto, y seis meses después estaba firmando la compra del inmueble. Mari se encargó de la ubicación de la parcela, de gestionar el préstamo para su compra, y de administrar la propiedad, manteniéndola arrendada, hasta su venta a finales del 2020.
