I truly can’t say enough positive things about Mariana. Another sale with awesome results. This was the fourth house of mine she sold this year. She did a great job with the market analysis and her recommend sale price was right on the money. There were no comps for this house so determining a sale price was difficult. (Getting the price right is important. Underpricing and you end up underselling, overpricing lets it sit on the market and people think the house has issues). She had a signed offer quickly and the entire process went very smoothly. She handled every aspect of selling this rental property, I just showed up at the closing and collected the check. Definitely a true professional, earned every penny of her commission.
