`We had a rental house and it became time to sell. Prices were increasing and it looked like a perfect time. We contacted Mariana Bollman and she was very helpful and tried to get it on the market before the lease was up. Unfortunately, we had uncooperative tenants and it made Mariana's job impossible. So, we briefly took it off the market until the tenants vacated. By then general market uncertainty picked up speed followed by rising interest rates. We had to reduce the price. Then we started to get some offers that were below the assessed value. No to them. The market slowed dramatically but Mariana stayed with it. We were thinking we would have to rent it again when we finally got a buyer with an offer we could accept and it recently closed. Mariana was there for us (we live on the East coast) and got it done. Mariana was great to work with. She is super fast at replying to our phone calls and texts. This is the second house we have sold with her. She went out of her way to take our screen door into moscow glass and awning to get it fixed and delivered back to us. She also was able to help us get rid of furniture that we no longer needed.

Mariana was a great agent to work with. She always answered her phone and continuously asked how she can help. The day before closing, we had a piece of trim fall off the ceiling. Mariana took care of the issue and sent us a picture that it was taken care of. She also had our house cleaned after we moved out and provided us with a contact to mow our lawn.
